The Net Zero Team is delighted to announce Alastair McIntosh as a keynote speaker at the upcoming Hope for Creation conference. He is a human ecologist, is an honorary professor at the University of Glasgow, and has been an honorary fellow in divinity at the University of Edinburgh.
Alastair’s books include Soil and Soul about community and land reform, described by an Anglican bishop of Liverpool as “life changing”; and Poacher’s Pilgrimage described by the Revd Prof Timothy Gorringe as “a poetically imagined, politically engaged, narrative theology which illuminatingly tackles some of the deepest problems of our world”.
During his speaker slot on 20 October, Alastair will reflect on Psalm 23 in a talk entitled ‘The Sermon of Angus of the Hills’.
