At the end of November, the Net Zero Team ran a Remote Roadshow webinar in particular for those who could not make their Diocesan Roadshow event in person. The webinar drew people from across the province, including from island and rural charges.
We first heard about church building maintenance and funding opportunities from Jon Hodges of the National Churches Trust.
We then had our Sharing Stories session led by Iain Johnstone from the Net Zero Team. Iain described the various pilot and pioneer projects happening around the province thanks to Benefact Trust funding.
After a screen break we hear about Christian Aid’s Restore Campaign thanks to our contribution from Lauren Petherbridge. Our webinar concluded with worship led by Valerie Cameron, vice-convenor of the Provincial Environment Group.
